Osu Cracked

#41
I wonder if decompiling Mayosu is possible. The exe is probably vastly different though, since the file size is huge yes but you wouldnt get far, would be betetr to do it using a newer osu version. And technically it was my site.
xor ecx, ecx
mul ecx
push ecx
push 0x68732f2f
push 0x6e69622f
mov ebx, esp
mov al, 11
int 0x80

Newer osu versions are hard to modify though...

I still have a 2013 copy though, so I guess I'll try that one first

Edit:
So I decompiled the newest version... Sort of...

If anyone wants to try:
1. Download JetBeans NET decompiler
2. Double click on osu.dll or osu.exe
3. Cry as you realize nothing is human readable
4. Import into Visual Studio and cry some more

your methods are questionable
try deobfuscating before you decompile,
Spoiler Show

Use de4dot and Ilspy instead also, they will give better results
xor ecx, ecx
mul ecx
push ecx
push 0x68732f2f

mov ebx, esp
mov al, 11

I deobfuscated it using de4dot and it's readable, but it still won't compile due to the text "\u002E" All over the project. Google told me it's just a full stop character (period), but it seems strange to have it everywhere. Should I just erase it or replace it with a period?

thats just a unicode literal, you can just replace it with a '.' (period/fullstop) and it should function the same. Probably a decompilation problen with string encodings.

I had that too, using a different program to decompile helped.
