now it crashes at startup

when i try to start the launcher it gives me this error. how can i fix it?

is it true that osu collects the process list and takes screenshot whenever you submit a score. Edit: peppy confirmed that these are true 2 years ago (not too sure if its still like this) if thats true can you get banned from manual inspection? (because if thats true osu will take the process list including aqn launcher and take a screenshot while the menu button is visible)

I had the website open in the background. And it had “aquila network” in the tab name. Will i get detected and banned?
