Deremo 4 Share Posted July 1, 2020 I don't know how well this would work, but do you think you could possibly implement an auto-release feature for long notes? Since you have to let go of long notes at the very end of the note to maintain good accuracy, it would be a really helpful feature for mania players imo.
rumoi 120 Share Posted July 1, 2020 It could be done, but would it really be all that useful? You have to release any way to be ready for the next note. It holding it longer for you could also lead to some really fast re-actuations if you were to miss read. But I guess it could work with small values as a bit of an acc boost. I've been playing another mania-like game that doesn't require letting go of long notes at the end which was pretty nice. I think it would be cool to see how well that would work in osu!mania. sillyeboy 0 Share Posted July 4, 2020 Not gonna lie this would be a good feature but at the same time it wouldn't. Just use timewarp if you really care about LN maps imo.
