osu! offline?

I hear of people like azr8 who is like top 10 currently and he plays offline. The replay editor @rumoi made is something that I never understood especially when @JustWantedToBeGood showed the tutorial on how to use it and said "submit the play online" it never made sense to me. So how do you play offline and what it the point besides just cheating with a replay editor?

With the replay eidtor you can choose any replay and edit it the way you want and then replay it how many times you want. For example you could have a 1 miss run on a map and you can edit the replay to remove that miss, aka moving your cursor to the circle that you missed and then you can load that edited replay and play it online and submit it.

Ohhh ok thanks. But what about the azr8 thing? He plays offline or whatever people said and how does he submit his scores...?

he is not hacking, he play offline and play online too.

he used to play online, he already got restricted 5 times but always got unrestricted because he proved his legitimacy, so you can safely say that he isnt hacking

With the editor it is better to play online and always have the editor open in the background. Once you get a shit miss you want to fix load the replay into the editor and quickly fix it.

Afterwards keep playing with the player disabled for a few plays. Then enable the editor again and let it play the edits.

This is way less suspicious then logging in setting a score and logging out like a retard.
