what a waste of time is this guy, just don't buy anything from him, he's a blatant lier and scammer

Looking preferably for a dutch, canadian, german or polish osu account around 4.000 - 7.000pp, with FEW followers if possible, I'll pay around 15 - 40 USD, this depends on the quality of the account you offer to me (things such as: playcount graph, playtime, followers, rank, etc) 

To try avoiding scams I will pay 1/4 of the total price at first, after receiving access to the account I will pay the rest of the price. (doing this because I got scammed b4 lol)
