You can find it under the misc options. It's bound to your currently selected skin so simply place in a picture named "menu-osu@2x.png" to your skin folder. If you want to use it on an under hd res simply change the size of the png to 540 (down from 1080) and only name it "menu-osu.png". I have attached the blue osu menu + the template that you can use to create your own osu graphics. If there is anything else you want to be skinable that is not by default feel free to ask.

Never happened on my machine. I have literally tried 10+ things randomly to try and fix it but until someone can actually give more information I wont try any more literally random things.

It hits the note by moving your cursor then doing some pressing tricks to 'mask' it. It only does this if you are off the note so its technically an aim assist. Obviously not really useful other then for fun so I can see why you would not really call it an assist.

Well technically it is an 'assist' as it will only move if you are off the note.

That is the correct place, you will have to disable your windows defender live scan to download it. After you download the launcher you should move it into a folder with an exclusion to windows defender.

It was a slight bug I accidentally introduced a few days back. Will be fixed soon so it will never show while in a map.

Things take time to develop. Adding multiple 'saves' is harder then you think with the current systems I wrote - also the ur scales with double time so why change it?

Why do you want to have different profiles so much??? There should be next to no reasons to change your settings once you have set them. It's designed to emulate a player as a whole and scales with time alterations so you should really not be randomly changing your entire style of playing when you slap on a mod.

Wow really didn't know! More people don't stream so while I am reworking the entire menu system I decided to forgo that feature for a bit.

I can add holding shift to snap to 0.05 increments.

Hey setting the ar to 5 will use the default ar now - will try to make it look nicer in the future.
